TP Ferro
Through its subsidiary Desarrollo de Concesiones Ferroviarias, Iridium has a long track record with railway concession projects – 1,750km in total –, which began in 1997 with the award of the Arganda Metro in Madrid and extends to the present day with TP Ferro's projects, line 1 of the Seville Metro and the Portuguese High Speed Rail, Poceirao-Caia section.

At present, Iridium is involved in the concession for the Figueres - Perpignan (Spain/France) AVE, a project to build, finance and operate what will be the first high-speed rail link to be built in Spain with private capital and the first Franco-Spanish high-speed railway connection. This concession is part of the "Southern Europe High-Speed Train" European project.

The company also manages the concession for line 1 of the Seville Metro (Spain), an ambitious transport project initiated by the regional government of Andalusia that will serve 60,000 passengers per day.

On 2009, has been selected by the Portuguese government to construct and operate the High-speed Rail, Poceirao Caia Section, over a 40-year period. It is the first contract awarded for the development of the High-speed Rail of Portugal (Madrid - Lisbon - Porto - Vigo).
