| Project description: Public works concession contract for the design, building, operation, maintenance and conservation of the Toledo - Consuegra (52.25km) section of the CM-400 dual carriageway, its functional elements, auxiliary services and service areas. The road consists of two carriageways an average of 10 metres apart, with two 3.50m-wide lanes, 1.00m internal hard shoulders and 2.50m external hard shoulders. The road came into operation in July 2005. |
| Interesting facts: The project was completely refinanced in 2008. Moody's has given a base credit rating of A1, which places the quality of the project at a level well above market standard for this type of road. |
