 Project description: Design of three car parks (P1, P2 and P3) under Calle Serrano, located between Calle Hermanos Bécquer and Calle Marqués de Villamejor (P1), Calle Ortega y Gasset and Calle Hermosilla (P2), and Calle Jorge Juan and Plaza de la Independencia (P3). Integration of the project with the remodelling works taking place on Calle Serrano between Calle María de Molina and Plaza de la Independencia and on affected side streets.
Execution of remodelling works on Calle Serrano between Calle María de Molina in addition to building and operating the three car parks. On December 2010, the Serrano Park was inaugurated. Coming into full operation on March 2011.
